AAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!

I HATE ordering things from overseas. HELP!!

My skate gear/package from Sin City still has not arrived - 6 weeks after it was sent! It's in the UK, Customs have let it through, and UPS Delivery are telling me that their UK equivilant has attempted delivery 4 times in the past week, which is bull, cause I've been at home when these deliveries are supposed to have occurred. Does anyone know who UPS use in the UK to deliver their parcels? I've contacted Customs, UPS and Sin City regarding this matter, and it's like banging my head against a fucking brick wall. Any ideas on what I should do next?

If it helps, my sin city skates order came via parcelforce, but I was given a tracking number for it and everything...

Oh I have a tracking number - it's just that no one can tell me where the fucking thing actually is!!!!

The only thing I can think of is phone up whatever depot the tracking number says its at and makes them get off their fat arses and look for it

I had a thing saying they had tried to deliver mine, but then I got a letter from parcelforce telling me they were holding them, how much my customs charge was & where I could collect them from... Have you had a letter?????

UPS is a courier company & they are international, so it would be ups in the uk as well (the ones with the big brown vans) are you sure it wasn't USPS (united states postal service http://www.usps.com/) which in that case will be Parcel Force in the UK normally. I rang them in the end in the US 1-800-222-1811

No - I've only recived information from UPS saying that the package has arrived in the UK - I don't know who they're using, I don't know where exactly it is in the UK, and god knows what depot it's at!! IT'S FUCKED AND I'M NOT HAPPY!

Parcelforce are SHITE! Aswell as Royal Mail. Did they leave a card in the door? Do you know where your local depot is?

They have a habit of just shoving the card through the door without even ringing the bell to see if anyone's there. This has happened to me several times! I'm just lucky I have a depot that's walking distance from me. Be careful though as after a certain amount of time they will return to sender!

Put your tracking number in below and I'd give Parcelforce a call to see where your local depot is, might be near enough to walk. OR it could be the one by my house and I could get it for you!
