After meeting with Bob of Aston Arena to discuss the involvement of the Dames in Birmingham Carnival, it has been decided that we will not be participating this year.

Unfortunately, due to the weather forcast, Bob has cancelled his plans to have a float or take part in the parade, opting instead to do some simple flyering in Perry Park.

As the main reason we were participating was to skate in the parade, we have decided to withdraw from this event.

Many thanks to everyone who had volunteered to take part!

Oh thats such a shame.

But it means that we can all drink too much at UJ's bash!
