I really didnt want it to come to this, especially when my life is progressing very nicely and I am in excellent spirits. I want you to know that I have no negative personal feelings towards any of you, but I feel that this league has nothing more to offer me since my creativity and my ideas have been dismissed and I feel that not every member is being given the representation that they truly deserve, which is a shame, as I feel that I could have offered a lot to you guys, as could many others who have chosen to part. I had a great time at the awards bash being crazy and fun and I love the way that you are all so different. I have been thinking this for a while and it doesn't necessarily mean that I want to lose touch. I admire those who have been a support to me through difficult times.
So sorry, but seeking pastures greener and full of funk!

I feel powerless here. I could have given excellent coaching with regards to skill based stuff and aided with creative aspects, but Ive come to the conclusion that I just dont fit here. It is disorganized, Im not fond of the new training place, the networking within the community is poor, the uniform needs more spice, nobody seems to have a laugh. Im too opinionated for most of you to handle and Im not keen on how newbies are treated. I am frustrated by the lack of fun and how players with great potential are being totally disregarded. I am aware of my ability and do not need any reassurance,

sorry you dont feel valued. we all agree about the uniform and thats why we have been looking into this for a while. the new ideas were discussed at a meeting, voted and agreed on now its trying to find somone who can achieve what the members asked for.

shame you are leaving because your name is on the training rota to share your skills with others.

i dont agree about the disorganised there are a lot of ppl working hard, i suppose you wouldnt see tht because they are not jumping up and down and telling you how hard they are working and there are great plans for this season which are to be shared / voted on etc at the agm.

you are outspoken at times but what you may not realise is that you are liked on the team and respected for your skills. ppl on here werent giving you reasurances they were showing affection like i said your liked.

i hope you dont take this post as anything but friendly as i know at times text can be read / interprated wrong.

if you decide that you really want to go then like you can see ppl wish you well. if you want to stay your more than welcome, wanted as part of the team.

Trash, some of these are issues to bring up at the monthly meetings or more formally at the AGM (training, for example, and treatment of newbies).
Others, like the spiciness or otherwise of the uniform are matters of opinion, and contary to the beliefs of some people, everyone's entitled to their opinion.
There is always place for you in the league if that's what you want, I know things have been difficult lately and both the leadership structure and main training venue have changed.
But now it's time to move forward into the new season, where we will be focusing on skills-based learning and, dare I say it, having fun.
We don't want to stay number two forever, and you would be a big help in building a better, stronger faster BBDD.
