Hi,
A friend of mine wants to come to training on the 2nd - This Saturday. She is a uk size 7 shoe/skate. Do we have any hire skates that she can borrow?

I won't be there on Saturday ladies as I a in sunny Brighton again, for the fringe festival woowoo (hopefully picking up some outdoor wheels and maybe some new bearings :D have a great practice my luvverlies x

we've got a couple of lend-out/hire pairs in uk7 and i will bring an extra size 7 just in case so should be fine.

Are you girls friendly to a 47 year old woman coming along? My mother used to do figure skating in her youth and she actually wants to come along to the Open Induction. She takes a size 5 roughly, I think we have some in the hire skates in that size. This will be interesting.

i am older than  's mum.... my mum's been to a practice but we ran out of size 5s so she didn't skate (she's 70).... we had a ref (Val) who was an ex ice skater and she was a very good skater... we have some hire 5s and i will bring my riedell 5s so should be fine.

Those white skates which are a size 4 are actually a very small 4, so with a pair of thick socks would be suitable for a 3 I reckon.
