I'm such a drongo, I just realised I can't make practice this Saturday either - it's my baby bro's birthday (28 years young ladies)! Still, I'll be along on Thursday.

And one of these days I will get him to come along to one of our practice sessions and teach us a few hockey moves.

Remind me to put my outdoor wheels on when he comes so I can still skate in all the drool hahaha

I'd like to shout out my own thanks to all you wonderful Dames for making skating with you such undistilled awesome today; I'm permanently hooked and you're going to be seeing my ugly blue-headed mug a lot more from now on (I apologise, but it really is your fault, ladies). Big love to my Derby Mommy Diamondback for taking such great care of me and putting up with my lame attempts at one-foot glides, and to Sin for having possibly the greatest arse on the team ;D* I love you all!!

I think I'll mention how much I enjoyed today too, if everyone else is. ESPECIALLY the reffing experience. SO hard, but so much fun!
