Hi all,

Enclosed is a short clip from SDDD championship bout. They are a very established league with some very high level skaters. Everyone please take a look at this video - this is the skating posture we should work towards, and there is even footage of some backward whips! Notice how fast they skate, with moves similar to running on skates. This is where we could be if we keep up the hard work.
